– Yellow Band length is 30cm
– Green Band length is 27cm
Our Mini Bands come in our Prep To Train Package and are sold separately. They come as a pair in the Prep To Train Package but can be purchased individually or as a pair. Our Yellow Band has a light resistance and is therefore stretchier and our Green Band has a medium resistance that does not have as much give.
