You can look at it as a battle & challenge or you can look it as a chance & opportunity both physically & mentally. 17/12/2016 End stage of ACL rehab! I still have tendinitis at times in the left patella tendon and hence the reluctance and lack of confidence in the jump & land. Important to be even in both legs…..so there's something to strive for! Don't attempt this without building up a lot of proprioception work such as jump landing & balance exercises! #functionalstrength #MTMF
