Through any setback, things aren't always going to go as planned. You need to be ready for the ups & downs & can do that by having other interests & hobbies away from your injury. I found multiple interests to focus on & turn to when my recovery wasn't going the way I wanted. Coaching for me was one of the best, it took my mind off my own rehab & struggles as I was able to focus on developing others. The mental part of any recovery or illness is so important & can have a real positive effect on physical rehabilitation. #MTMF
