Repetition after repetition! It's a long grind but all makes a difference in the long run. Keep setting small week to week achievable goals to stay motivated and on track. I've had both hamstring grafts taken out for my first 2 ACL's and am now much stronger than pre injury. RDL's are a great exercise when the body is ready and strong enough to cope with them. #findthepositives #MTMF
